The cloud case database is the source of truth. Case and tenant records stay in the managed cloud tier. Synapse can run locally through a private LLM runtime, so privacy-sensitive reasoning can stay within your environment — it reads from and writes approved summaries back to the same case record without becoming a parallel database.
